Overland Park, KS – August 26 – Healing Towards Wellness, a community-focused mental
health practice, is proud to announce the ribbon-cutting of its new office at 7808 Foster Street in
Overland Park. This milestone coincides with the organization’s 6th anniversary of providing
accessible, compassionate mental health care to the community.
Since its founding, Healing Towards Wellness has remained committed to making therapy
accessible to all. Through a sliding-scale payment model, the organization ensures that financial
barriers do not prevent individuals and families from receiving the support they need.
Additionally, its Free Therapy for Teachers Program continues to give back to those who
dedicate their lives to education, while partnerships with local businesses and fitness groups
extend wellness resources across Overland Park.
“Our mission has always been to create a space where healing feels possible for everyone,”
said Board President Lyndsey Gruber. “By moving into this new location, we’ll be able to grow
our team, welcome additional clients, and further strengthen our ability to meet the needs of our
community.”
The new office at 7808 Foster Street provides expanded space to serve more clients, while also
enabling staff to broaden programming and partnerships. The move marks an exciting next step
in realizing Healing Towards Wellness’ goal: to empower individuals on their journey toward
emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on October 1 at 4:00 pm, with community members
invited to join in celebrating this new chapter.
